Championship, open to all. FIDE rated.
Entry Fee: $99 by mail, $101 on line if received by 9-2, $120 at door.
Amateur, open to players rated under 1800.
Entry Fee: $99 by mail, $101 on line if received by 9-2, $120 at door.
Special Entry Fee: If rated U1400 or unrated, $66 by mail, $68 on line if received by 9-2, $80 at door.

Registration: 3-day 8-9:30 a.m. Saturday 9-4, 2½-day closes 6 p.m. 9-4..
3-day schedule: Time control 40/2, then SD/1. Rounds 10:30-5 Saturday 9-4, 10:30-5 Sunday 9-5, 10-4:30 Monday 9-6.
2½-day schedule: Rounds 1 and 2, time control G/60. Rounds 6:30-8:45 p.m 9-4, then merges with 3-day.
Up to two half-point byes allowed in rounds 1-4 if requested with entry
USCF membership required of all players. SCCF membership required of rated Southern California residents ($12 regular, $7.50 junior).
